NIYOK has a professional and complete R&D team, 40 years of oil seal product processing experience and advanced manufacturing process, can directly communicate and coordinate with customers, solve problems and blind spots, and design the most complete and demanding products for customers. The R&D team integrates the design department, mold development department and production department to form an excellent team that can support customers at any time, and will provide the use of various rubber materials according to the characteristics of each industry and the current situation of customers, as well as the best consulting suggestions. We can also provide customized services according to customer needs and industrial characteristics and develop and design together with customers to meet their project requirements.
Advanced Drawing Software
From product design, mold development to on-site processing, we use the latest drawing software CAD and CAE, integrate quality management tools such as PPAP and FMEA, performing leakage analysis, trial assembly, and failure simulation to increase the success rate of new products. As a result, mold production is more accurate and efficient, and the chance of mold repair is reduced. It meets customer requirements and specifications at one time and makes product quality more secure.
Reverse Engineering and 3D Printing
The newly advanced 3D printer equipment is able to replicate the original product and manufacturing samples in reverse engineering, so that the product design is more in line with customer needs and specifications. Develop New Products and Applications
NIYOK continues to develop new products and applications in sealing technology to meet the needs and applications of new technology and new products, such as dust-proof sealing applications and charging equipment for electric vehicles, which are our current and future goals and directions.
Development of New Materials
With an advanced rubber laboratory, we have jointly developed new materials and applications with the international rubber manufacturer, Chang Horing Rubber Group. From formula research and development, rubber mixing, physical property testing, rubber analysis and quality inspection, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 manufacturing processes and standards are adopted. To create new physical properties and characteristics in order to meet the needs and applications of new technologies and new products.
