ABOUT US
NIYOK, a company was founded in 1983, has co-developed and manufactured a variety of sealing parts for customers in automotive, cycling water supply, sanitary, home appliance and electronic industries.
Our products are 100% MIT (Made In Taiwan). With our strict control over the process, from material, tooling molds, FAI, production, OQC, all the way through to packing and shipping, our quality is reliable, and our reputation as dependable manufacturer and supplier of industrial grade seals is a testament to our hard work.
Quality System
We strictly control the consistency of product quality, from the storage of raw material, inspection of lot material, trace of forming parameter, to appearance checking and size measurement of finished parts.
To this end, in addition to process control, form material storage to measurement of finished parts through ISO 9001, we further advanced our ISO system to IATF 16949 to offer more complete services for 1st Tier suppliers for car makers. Due to continuous engineering, manufacturing, and supply improvements, NIYOK supplies original parts to Taiwan Honda, Nissan and other leading car makers, also cooperates with well-known foreign vehicle parts manufacturers Athena spa, Vedamotors and Kuo Motor, etc. to produce oil seals, gaskets and industrial supplies, etc.
Manufacture
In 2013, NIYOK expanded and moved to a new facility in an industrial park in Central Taiwan. In addition to investing in new equipment to increase its production capacity, NIYOK was able to offer a larger and more comfortable working environment for its employees.
Stable Production Capacity: With company management system and flexible adjustment of manufacturing machines, the process stability and lead time reaching rate can ensure the maximum production and minimum cost by continuous developing plan.
